You are agree that we are not liable on issuance of fssai license, its totally depend on government decision to issue you license or not, we are only here to help you to apply food registration license on government portal.
6. Government Fees
Government Fees (In Indian Rupees) for Fssai Registration license are as follows for 1 Year – 100/- , for 2 years – 200/-, for 3 years – 300/-, for 4 years – 400/- and for 5 years – 500/- and rest amount is our consultancy fees.

Our Domain Name which contain FSSAI is just to describe that we are providing services related to Fssai License and nowhere meant that we represent FSSAI (Government Body) or authorize by FSSAI

This agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India applicable to agreements made and to be performed in India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between FSSAI-Licence.org and you for any purpose concerning this agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in India. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.
